For many years, I worked in many aesthetic clinics in Bangkok ranging from high-end to mass-market. I found that almost all of them focused mostly on sales.
Most high-end clinics sell hope. That's why it's so expensive and gives you suboptimal results for your budget. Mass-market clinics aim to cut costs by lowering the standard of care, being tricky to you, and hiring cheaper, less-experienced doctors.
We wanted to provide services that work, and are effective at a reasonable price. We focus on quality, standards, and results, not sales. In the information era, quality, not marketing or sale technique, will bring more customers with word of mouth.
